先进入：http://www.nic.cg/cgi-bin/search.pl
在这里输入你要注册的youname.cg或者youname.rw
如果注册了，就会出现ALREADY TAKEN.几个红字
没注册就出现一个叫填EMAIL的框
填入你的EMAIL
（注意：好象只有以@zj.com和@china.com.cn的邮箱可以申请）

然后进入下一页
